G.S. Amonkar Vidya Mandir Tops The All Goa – Quiz Competiitons.
G.S. Amonkar Vidya Mandir Quiz team comprising of Miss Chinmayee Kalangutkar,Master Sairaj Ghosarwadkar and Master Tejas Kochkar excelled at the various Inter School Quiz Competitions that were held recently in Goa.
The team secured the 1st place for the Quiz Competition on the subject of Ayush, Philately and General Knowledge at the Quiz Competition organised by The Ministry of Ayush & Department of Posts on 18th October 2017.
They also won the 2nd place at All Goa Quiz Competition held at St. Thomas High School, Aldona.
On 10th November 2017 they secured the first place at NWWA Mandovi Quiz held at Indian Navy’s base INS, Mandovi , Verem.
They also bagged the first place at All Goa Quiz Competition on the topic “Panaji, then and Now” organised by Bank of Maharashtra and also won the 1st Place at North Goa level Inter School General Knowledge Quiz Competition on 18th November 2017 at St. Ann’s High School Tivim in association with the Lions Club of Tivim.
They were awarded Trophies, cash prizes and they were guided by teachers Miss Rosaray D’souza and Mrs. Nita Costa Pereira.
