Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Body Meeting of the Parent-Teacher Association of the school will be held on Saturday, 12^th July 2025 at 3.00 p.m. in the hall of G. S. Amonkar Vidya Mandir.

• Reading of the School Report by President of PTA– by Headmistress

• Felicitation of S.S.C. Distinction holders
• Felicitation of Teachers Dr. Amita Humraskar and Mr. Narendra Parab
• Address by Chief Guest Mr. Yeshwant Lawande

Programme II

• Reading of the PTA Report 2024-2025 by the PTA Joint Secretary
• Reading and confirming minutes of the last Annual General Body meeting – by the PTA Secretary
• Reading and adopting confirmation of Annual Statement of Accounts of PTA 2024-2025 – by the PTA Treasurer
• Queries if any arising out of Statement of Accounts.

• Open Session
• Vote of Thanks – Dr. Rupali Haldankar

N.B.

1) In case of lack of quorum, the meeting will be adjourned to 3.30 p.m. on the same

day. The adjourned meeting will not require the conditions of the quorum prescribed

under clause V(1) of the PTA constitution

2) The Book of accounts will be open for inspection to the members from 9 a.m. to 1

p.m. in the school office on 10^th   to 11^th  July 2025

3)   Attendance is compulsory
