RSA is an action researcher, business and social entrepreneur, and a co-designer/co-facilitator of a wisdom-in-practise life coaching course titled ESSENCE of FREEDOM … Nurturing the Scientist and the Sage within.  This 6-12 month course addresses two missing links in education (namely practice of Wisdom and the Wisdom of Practise).

After landing in the USA at age 17.5+ years in 1982, he completed his B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University (Springfield), M.B.A. from University of Nevada-Reno and worked in the USA for two years.

He chose to return back to India in 1990 in alignment with his life purpose at age 25.  In 2020, he was awarded PhD from IIT-Delhi for his research on developing a framework for assessing values & wisdom education at the National Resource Centre for Value Education in Engineering (NRCVEE). 

He serves as the CEO and Cofounder of WisdomLab Synergies LLP and has offered voluntary services to several academic and government institutions.
