Republic day was celebrated in G. S. Amonkar Vidya Mandir Mapusa on 26th January 2024. The dignitaries present on this occasion were the Headmistress Mrs. Pooja Dalvi, Assistant Headmistress Mrs Zena Viegas and the Chief Guest shri Vijay Bhike, ex student of the school. Flag hoisting was done at the hands of the Chief Guest. Speeches were given by the Chief Guest Shri Vijay Bhike, teacher Archana Kunkolkar and the students. A cultural programme was presented by the students. It consisted of patriotic songs and a skit. The programme was compered by Miss. Meghana Bhartu and Arush Dhamaskar.
