A special felicitation programme was organized by the School Managing Committee of G.S. Amonkar Vidya Mandir, Mapusa on 14th June 2025 to honour the meritorious students of the SSC Batch 2024–25 for their outstanding academic achievements.
The programme began with a soulful welcome song invoking the blessings of Goddess Saraswati, beautifully sung by students Priyanka Porob and Swara Gauns setting a devotional and inspiring tone for the morning.
Teachers, Mr. Alok and Mrs. Roshan compered the event with enthusiasm, smoothly guiding the proceedings with poise and enthusiasm.
The top three rankers of the school, Ms. Swara Sudhan Kerkar (93.67%), Ananya Avadhut Damle (93.17%) Deepkrishna Harish Kamat (92.67%) along with the other distinction holders were proudly felicitated for their academic excellence.
The Chairman of the School Managing Committee delivered an encouraging speech, praising the students for their hard work and consistency, and wished them well for their future endeavors.
A special moment of the programme was the felicitation of Assistant Librarian Ms. Deepa Prabhu Khorjuvenkar by the Chairman, acknowledging her dedicated and sincere service to the school over the years.
The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks proposed by teacher Janice, followed by the singing of the National Song, bringing the ceremony to a dignified close.
